1. 端末の中で扱う情報1. Information on your device

あなたが選んだ録画ファイル・Steam録画フォルダーをブラウザで読み、端末内で解析します。録画のタイトル、試合区間、解析結果、確認内容、メモ、静止画、設定をブラウザに保存します。元の動画ファイルをVFPrepのサーバーへ送信しません。

VFPrep reads recording files or a Steam recording folder you select and analyzes them on your device. Recording titles, match intervals, analysis, confirmations, notes, still images and settings are stored in your browser. Original video files are not uploaded to VFPrep's servers.

2. クリップとYouTube URL2. Clips and YouTube URLs

Replay Scopeでは、あなたが選んだ試合を端末内でMP4に書き出します。あなたがYouTube Studioで投稿し、その動画URLをVFPrepへ入力して登録します。VFPrepはこの操作にGoogleの認証機能やYouTube Data APIを使わず、Googleアカウントの認証情報を取得・保存しません。

Replay Scope exports the matches you select to an MP4 on your device. You upload it in YouTube Studio and register its video URL in VFPrep. This workflow does not use Google authorization or the YouTube Data API and does not obtain or store your Google Account credentials.

入力した動画URLを、録画・試合・メモと関連付けて保存します。端末連携を設定した場合は、その関連付けも暗号化して同期します。保存したMP4は自分のPCに残ります。動画を見るときはYouTubeのページまたはアプリを開きます。非公開動画の視聴はYouTube側のログインとアクセス権に従います。

Your entered URL is stored with the recording, matches and notes, and synchronized using encryption if you pair your devices. The saved MP4 remains on your computer. Playback opens YouTube's page or app. Access to private videos depends on your YouTube sign-in and permissions.

3. 同期・共有・外部サービス3. Sync, sharing and external services

端末連携を設定すると、録画の情報・解析結果・メモ・静止画・YouTubeへのリンクを端末で暗号化して同期します。同期サーバーは暗号化された情報を保存し、復号鍵は連携した端末が保持します。元動画、投稿用MP4、フォルダーへのアクセス権、Google認証トークンは同期しません。

If you pair devices, recording information, analysis, notes, stills and YouTube links are encrypted on your device and synchronized. The sync server stores ciphertext; paired devices hold the decryption key. Original videos, upload MP4s, folder permissions and Google tokens are not synchronized.

直前メモの共有IDを発行した場合、そのメモは暗号化せず一時保存され、10分後または一度受け取られた時点で削除されます。Google AnalyticsとCloudflareで画面・機能の利用やエラーを計測しますが、メモ本文、入力内容、動画、Google認証トークンは計測に含めません。

Creating a LastMin Note share ID temporarily stores that note without end-to-end encryption, until one recipient retrieves it or 10 minutes pass. Google Analytics and Cloudflare measure feature usage and errors; note text, entered content, videos and Google authorization tokens are excluded from these measurements.

サイト配信にはCloudflare、フォントにはGoogle Fontsを利用します。YouTubeプレーヤーの読み込み・再生時は、YouTubeがアクセス情報を受け取り、Cookieなどを利用したり広告を表示したりすることがあります。YouTubeへ投稿した動画の扱いには、Google／YouTubeの規約とポリシーが適用されます。

Cloudflare hosts the site and Google Fonts supplies fonts. Loading or playing a YouTube embed sends information to YouTube, which may use cookies or similar technologies and display advertising. Videos uploaded to YouTube are subject to Google's and YouTube's terms and policies.

4. 登録した情報の用途4. Use of registered information

録画・解析結果・メモ・入力した動画URLは、あなたの対戦の振り返りと、連携した端末からの利用に使用します。メモや動画URLを広告配信、販売、信用評価、汎用AIの学習に使用しません。Replay Scopeの手動投稿方式では、Google APIからアカウント情報を取得しません。

Recordings, analysis, notes and entered video URLs are used for your match review and access from paired devices. Notes and video URLs are not used for advertising, sold, used for credit decisions or used to train general-purpose AI. Replay Scope's manual-upload workflow does not retrieve account information through Google APIs.

5. 保存・削除・接続解除5. Storage, deletion and disconnecting

ブラウザ内の録画情報やメモは、あなたが削除するまで保存されます。書き出したMP4は、保存先を選んでPCに保存します。元の録画も残ります。作成途中の一時ファイルは、画面を閉じると解放します。

Local recording information and notes remain until you delete them. Exported MP4s are saved to the location you choose on your computer. The original recording also remains. Temporary export files are released when you close the dialog.

以前の試作版でGoogleに接続した場合は、Googleアカウントの接続管理でVFPrepへのアクセス権を取り消せます。権限の取り消しだけでは、端末に保存した録画やメモ、投稿済みのYouTube動画は消えません。

If you connected Google in an earlier prototype, you can revoke that access through Google Account connections. Revoking access alone does not delete locally saved recordings or notes, or videos already uploaded to YouTube.

VFPrep内の保存情報の削除は、各録画・メモの削除操作、またはこのページ上部の問い合わせ先へご依頼ください。端末連携を利用している場合は、その旨もお知らせください。ブラウザのサイトデータ削除は、その端末の保存内容をすべて削除しますが、同期先の削除を意味しません。YouTube上の動画を消す場合は、YouTube Studioで削除してください。

To delete information stored by VFPrep, use the recording or note deletion controls, or contact the operator above. Mention if you use device sync. Clearing browser site data removes local data on that device but does not delete synchronized server data. To delete videos on YouTube, use YouTube Studio.

6. 更新6. Changes

このポリシーを変更した場合はこのページを更新します。Googleから取得する情報や用途が変わる場合は、必要な同意を改めて求めます。
